I think I'm finally beginning to get to grips with painting and colour ... well at least I've begun to see what combinations I actually like to work with. This has been such a steep learning curve.
I really enjoyed looking through your blog this evening... really inspiring to see you using all types of different mediums, I think I am a frustrated sculpture at heart. Your life drawings/paintings are fabulous, beautiful use of colour. Mandy :)
Wow, also. I've always loved blue and orange. But the green and orange is even more vibrant. How do you go about choosing what facets to paint in each colour?

Oh wow. I am in love with these colours! Awesome stuff.
Wow. What an inspiration.
love the one with the bright greens, it's really effective
The colours are so beautiful...like David Hockney palettes....lovely!!!
Mithi, they're gorgeous! You're so talented. It's just not fair that one person has that much talent!!! And in SO DARN MANY AREAS!!
These colours work really well. I particularly like the second one - the orange and blue. This is much harder than it looks - you've done a great job!

Oh wow, this is wonderful! I haven't always been very good with colour, so I must make myself wield that paintbrush!
Great job!
