Chair phase one...

... is finished! Hand sewing takes a LONG time and a LOT of patience ... but I found it quite meditative. Now on to phase two which requires research into Sunshine's family and doing some drawings/painting/portraits/I-don't-know-what-yet to be hung on the "wall" space behind the the chairs.

I like the way they look. Like the different colour lines that give depth cues and the way the blue things slump over them make them look more 3d than their line-drawings do by themselves. Nice brainteaser pics.

These are really cool! I'm assuming the colour is actual fabric? (from the scraps of fabric you had in an earlier photo). It's working really well.
